Terms and Conditions of Postage and Packaging Products

SEARS UK LTD complies with UK consumer law, including Distance Selling Regulations 2000. We operate a returns policy and are happy to refund / exchange items that are faulty or not what you ordered, in this instance we will also refund postage and packaging costs.

 

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 came into force on the 31st October 2000 and gives rights to individual consumers in the area of home shopping. They are intended to give consumers confidence in purchasing goods and services where there is no face to face contact with the seller.

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund if, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or the goods are faulty or damaged. Please notify us by email within 7 (seven) working days of receiving the products including the postal delivery slip. Unwanted items must be returned in original packaging, unopened and unused. Upon receiving goods we will issue a full refund for faulty or incorrectly supplied products including postage and packaging.
